HWC worked with Pulte Homes to provide site engineering and survey services for the 500-lot single-family residential project in Westfield, Indiana.
Development components include:
- 7 sections of subdivision plats
- Amenity areas
- 151st Street road reconstruction
- Extensions of public infrastructure for storm and sanitary sewers and water mains
- Landscape plans
- Construction staking
- Record drawings
The project provides low-maintenance housing for the walkable community in Westfield.

Jeffersonville, IN
River Ridge Development Office Park Phase 1 Entrance
HWC completed a topographic and utility survey for the project site of the River Ridge Office Park entrance. HWC has also performed survey work for utility infrastructure extensions for the surrounding areas. HWC has been actively preparing ALTA/land title survey, utility surveys, and route surveys within the River Ridge Commerce Center area since 2015.

Whitestown, IN
Little League/Nese Apartments
HWC provided our full service engineering and surveying services for Milhaus, who developed a large apartment project in Whitestown, Indiana comprising of 10 residential buildings and 240 apartment units. Located along Indianapolis Boulevard, just south of SR 334 and along I-65, the site includes a new clubhouse with amenities for the residents. There will be detached garages and a maintenance building with a car wash area.
The 13-acre site was master planned with a large detention basin, and coordination with Boone County and Whitestown was required for the site work with adjacent stormwater facilities and public utilities that run through the site.

Ingalls, IN
Ingalls Maple Trails Subdivision
HWC provided boundary and topographic surveying services and preformed staking and asbuilt work for the Maple Trails Subdivision Project in Ingalls, Indiana, which aided in the development of 160 acres for residential housing. The project also involved additional off-site surveying for utility routes to existing sanitary facilities and drainage outlet points.
