Martinsville, IN

HWC provided survey and design services for this INDOT LPA project to add pedestrian facilities (sidewalk and path) through a residential neighborhood and a school bus route in Martinsville, Indiana. The project also converted an all-way stop intersection to a roundabout. The purpose of the project was to improve operational conditions of the intersection and update pedestrian mobility in the area to coordinate with the completion of I-69 construction that connects Indianapolis to Evansville.
