Stormwater Drainage Master Plan Town of West Terre Haute, Indiana
The services for this project consisted of the preparation of a stormwater master plan to review and inventory existing problems, evaluate available options to address stormwater issues and development of a plan to implement stormwater drainage infrastructure.		Project Highlights: Project Cost - $1.3 million Mapping, schematic plans of improvements, cost estimates, and schedules/phases for implementation Formation of new stormwater utility Research the existing drainage system, evaluate performance and identify deficiencies Inspect, observe and document known drainage conditions Provide technical assistance to rate consultants and legal counsel in efforts to formulate a stormwater utility Develop design alternatives that address current and future needs Perform a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the proposed design options, and discuss the advantages/disadvantages of them with regard to engineering performance
